1、 The process of applying for import and export rights
1. Enterprises that do not have the words "import and export" in their business scope need to apply for an increase in the scope of import and export rights in a timely manner;
2. Go to the tax bureau of the district or county where you are located to handle the procedures for changing the business scope;
3. Go to the affiliated business committee to handle the registration procedures for foreign trade operators;
4. Go to the customs to handle the customs declaration registration procedures and self inspection registration and filing procedures, apply for the customs registration certificate, and obtain a ten digit enterprise customs code;
6. Apply for registration with the Customs China Electronic Port, obtain a network access permit, and make an appointment for an IC card;
7. According to the appointment, purchase IC cards, software, and card readers to become a formal member of China Electronic Port;
8. Handle the import and export verification and filing procedures with the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, as well as the foreign exchange payment filing procedures for import units;
11. Export enterprises with general taxpayer qualifications shall handle export tax refund registration.
2、 Materials required for obtaining import and export rights
1. Original copy of the business license of the enterprise;
2. Copy of the ID card of the legal representative of the enterprise;
3. Copy of Enterprise Bank Account Opening Permit;
4. Copy of the latest articles of association of the enterprise;
6. One copy of the ID card of the relevant financial personnel.
