3. Confirmation letter from all partners regarding their subscribed or actual capital contributions

5. For those involving pre-approval of enterprise names, submit the "Notice of Pre Approval of Enterprise Names"
6. For business scope that requires approval or application for registration as stipulated by laws, administrative regulations, and decisions of the State Council, if there are projects that require approval before registration as stipulated by laws, administrative regulations, and decisions of the State Council, submit copies of relevant approval documents or licenses
7. If laws and administrative regulations require the submission of professional qualification certificates of partners for the establishment of special general partnership enterprises, corresponding copies of the certificates shall be submitted
